After a little poking around, I’ve discovered my mysterious “dandelion” is in fact a sow thistle. Now those little differences I saw make sense. I love learning something new through taking pictures!

It was just because it was so insanely tall and those tiny differences that I only noticed because I was taking macro shots that I even questioned it. How funny that this (or at least certain types) is something that is often intentionally planted in flower beds yet it look so similar to weeds others work insanely hard to kill out of their yards and flower beds.
